How to Change the Personaility of Your Characters

Go to Luidae's Tavern and Proceed to Second Floor
Talk to the man on the second floor of Luidae's Tavern. From there, interact with him to open up the menu for your characters.
Choose the Job Class and Personality You Want
Choose the job class you want with your preferred personality. The job classes that you can choose in the second floor are not limited compared to the first floor, so it is advised to choose other job classes that are new.
Sort Out the Seed Manually
It is recommended that the stat distribution for the character be done manually by the player, as it determines what personality may come out of the process. The process doesn't take up a lot of time, so be sure to do it yourself.
If Unsuccessful, Go Back to the Sorting Process
If the personality change is unsuccesful, go back to the start of the stat distribution process by accessing an early save file. Be sure not to save if the results yielded were not what you intended.
Register Your Friends So They Can be Added in Your Party
You can also add friends you've registered to your party. If you do not plan to have them yet, then visit Luidae's Tavern again if you ever change your mind.
