Hi @Don Brandon
Welcome to Q&A forum ~
According to your description, I want to know that is the Microsoft account bound to the Office 2019 license the same as that of Office 2021?
If you have Office on your computer now, I suggest you run the following command to check the activation information.
Search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command below in it, click Enter at last: cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
(If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system) cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
After getting the results, it's recommended to copy the results and paste here, or share a screenshot here, then I will check if there is any product information for Office 2019.
Thanks for your understanding.

2022-01-25T09:46:28.383+00:00 Hi @Don Brandon
Thanks for your quick reply. This problem is really strange. From the command results, there is only the retail version of Office 2021 Professional Plus on your computer.
Sorry, for better analysis, i had to check more information:
- Is the Microsoft account bound to Office 2019 license the same as that of Office 2021?
- Where do you find the "account profile"?
- Do you install Office 2021 from the ?

2023-06-08T03:41:05.17+00:00 Hello, I have a similar problem. I purchased a valid license key to install Office in some devices but I can't install Office 2021 in Windows 11 laptop using the same img file. I have done it with success in Windows 10. The seller suggested me to uninstall Office 365 so I did, but I do run the command you put and the result is this:

2023-06-08T15:41:02.35+00:00 Dear Domenico Faraco and Kati S. I have just received your comments - regarding a thread from January 2022. These are the first personal enquiries for 18 months. The only way that I managed to activate and register Office Professional 2021 on a Windows 11 laptop was to request the seller to activate it for me on line. Something I would only do as a last resort. I now have all of the "20212" Office Suite apps showing in My Microsoft Account information. I am very sorry that I can be of little extra help. I wish you the best of luck in your quest and I thank you sincerely for all of the many Forums helpers. Be of good cheer. Don Brandon.
